As of April 16, 2023, requirements for students to have their first two Covid vaccinations have been lifted.  Classes are being held IN-PERSON outside on the Yoga deck & inside when the weather does not permit.  All Classes, except for Monday Level 3, are available LIVE-STREAM & ON-DEMAND – Register on Home Page to LIVE STREAM any class or contact Lori to request an ON-DEMAND class.  These classes are $12

In-Person Yoga Classes are $17 each for a 6 week series.  Payment of $102 for series (price reflects a class once a week for 6 weeks) due at first class.  Pre-Registration required.

In- Person Drop in classes are $20 each.  Pre-Registration required.

Private session $70 (1 hour), $60 (45 minutes), $50 (30 min)

 

Semi-private session (2-3 people) $50 per person

Gentle Level 1 – A Yoga class designed for those new to Yoga, Seniors, and those that want a slower and more gentle class.  Poses will be designed and modifications given for those attending the class.

Core, Strengthen & Stretch –  A class incorporating overall body conditioning with an emphasis on the core utilizing Yoga, Pilates, and traditional exercises.  Work is done standing and on the floor (hands and knees and on the back).

Level 1/ Level 1.5 –  A Yoga class designed for beginners, seniors, and those that prefer a slower class.   This class begins with standing poses and ends with seated poses and floor work.  In this class,  students do not move up and down from the floor as in a traditional Yoga class, however, there is an optional section for those who would like to add 1-3 full sun salutations (which incorporates moving up and down from the floor).  

Level 2 – A class for those who have practiced yoga before.  Vinyasa (flow style) class.

Level 3 – A challenging class for individuals with a strong Yoga practice.  Vinyasa (flow style) class.

Open  Level – A class designed for those who have practiced before (those familiar with the poses; not for beginners).  The class will be taught in the vinyasa style – flowing; connecting the poses;  incorporating traditional Sun Salutations (movement up and down from the floor).  There will be more cueing involved in this class with modifications given for those who need it as well as more advanced movements
