Hello Everyone!
Next week will be the last week in this Series. Our new 6-week Series will start right up on Monday, May 12th, and continue until Friday, June 20th. We will then have a one-week break followed by about a 3 1/2 week Series followed by our 2 week Summer break. The summer schedule gets a little crazy, but we flow like the water :).
Let me know if anyone is interested in a Friday 10 am class. I need at least 4 people who are interested in signing up to make the class happen. It can be an Open Level Vinyasa class, a Yoga Foundations II (like Wednesday morning) or a Yoga to the Core class (less intense than the Thursday class). Let me know you’re thoughts. This class would start up the 2nd week of our new Series if we are adding it to the schedule. Let me know which class/classes you will be signing up for for this upcoming Series and I will put your down. If you are planning on “dropping in” to a class instead of signing up for the Series, just let me know what class, as soon as you do, and I will put you on the list as long as there is room.
