Hello Everyone!

I hope everyone is doing well and working on ways to be strong and healthy during these winter months.  Here on the East Coast, we have survived days and days of rain followed by some warmer days; just warm enough to awaken the daffodil bulbs and our pleas to go back to rest as “Winter is still here”.  But they are tough, just as we are.  They will adapt, just as we do.  Take care of yourself:  body, mind and soul.  Feed all with nourishing foods, sounds, sights, and joy!  We are what we eat, what we read, what we listen to and who we spend time with.  Choose with mindfulness.

No changes in the schedule this week.  Classes alternate between our inside studio and outside on the Yoga deck depending upon the weather.  If you have not signed up for the Series, there are still spots to “drop in”; don’t feel like you have to wait until the next Series to begin as the teachings are all ongoing.
