Hello Everyone!

Spring is in the air!  When the sun shines, it shines just a little bit brighter and the warmth carries the smell of possibilities yet to come.  We have had a glimpse of Spring here at our studio this week as a couple of our late afternoon/evening classes have been held out on the Yoga deck. 

We call it a “Yoga practice” because it is something that you do consistently.  Day by day our bodies and our minds get stronger and begin to memorize the feeling of health and a present state of mind.  Just as one who wants to learn an instrument, the time you put into it will add up.  It’s just one step in front of the other and knowing that you are on the right path.  You are never THERE and you can’t rush progress.  Be in the process; be present and be patient.  Life will throw obstacles in our way, but having a strong Yoga practice will help us maneuver, improvise, and get us back on our way.  Classes alternate between our inside studio and outside on the Yoga deck depending upon the weather (bring layers just in case).   If you have not signed up for the Series, there are still spots to “drop in”; don’t feel like you have to wait until the next Series to begin as the teachings are all ongoing.
